• Duties:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance- Make sales call. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and amenities- Handle requests and complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating issues as needed- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experienceQualifications:
• • Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
• • Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing payments
• • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• • Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
• • Ability to adapt to new technology sales platforms and software systems

Job Type: Part-time
