About the Role

Pacific Pilates is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our

team as Front Desk Sales Associates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building

relationships, helping others feel confident and strong, and thrives in a welcoming, fast-paced

environment.

As one of the first faces members and guests see when they walk through our doors, you will

play an important role in creating an exceptional studio experience while assisting with

membership sales, lead follow-up, member retention, and studio operations.

We are currently hiring part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and prospective clients with exceptional customer service
• Conduct studio tours and introduce prospects to Pacific Pilates offerings
• Schedule and book Complimentary Introductory Classes
• Execute the sales process from lead generation and follow-up to closing memberships
• Build relationships with prospects by identifying their goals, needs, and “why”
• Sell memberships, retail items, and private training packages
• Meet individual monthly sales and retail goals
• Support membership retention efforts and ensure a positive member experience
• Assist members with account questions and updates using Mariana Tek software
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and stocked supplies
• Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, grand openings, and studio

promotions

• Complete required training through Mariana Tek and attend scheduled meetings Support the studio team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and relationship-oriented personality
• Ability to empathize with clients and understand their individual needs
• Goal-oriented with confidence in sales conversations
• Interest in fitness, health, and wellness preferred
• Comfortable learning and using software systems such as Mariana Tek
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours during a shift
• Availability for weekends

Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon:

• Successful completion of a background check
• Proof of identity and legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Fluent in English
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

All positions at Pacific Pilates are at-will employment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
