Front Desk + Sales Associate — Transform Colorado

Transform Colorado is seeking an energetic, reliable, and growth-minded Front Desk + Sales Associate to join our team!

This role combines exceptional customer service, membership sales, lead generation, and day-to-day studio operations. As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming studio experience, building relationships with our community, and helping drive the continued growth of Transform Colorado.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, comfortable connecting with people, motivated by goals, and excited to grow with a fast-paced boutique fitness company.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth, positivity, and professionalism
• Check in clients and provide first-time guests with a tour of the studio, an overview of our class offerings, and everything they need to feel comfortable before their first class
• Generate, track, and follow up with leads to support membership growth
• Conduct membership sales and confidently educate prospective clients on memberships, class packages, promotions, and studio offerings
• Work toward individual and studio sales goals, with commission opportunities on membership sales
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads, trial clients, and current members
• Build relationships with clients and help them find the membership or package that best supports their fitness goals
• Support member retention through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Maintain accurate client accounts, lead reports, first-visit tracking, and follow-up notes
• Collect payments for past-due accounts, drop-ins, and other purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
• Stay informed on class offerings, promotions, schedule changes, and instructor updates
• Support instructors and studio leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Availability + Shift Times

We are looking for team members with consistent availability who can commit to at least one weekend day per week.

Our typical Front Desk shifts are:

• Weekday Mornings: 5:45 AM–10:00 AM
• Weekday Evenings: 3:15 PM–7:30 PM
• Weekends: 7:45 AM–12:30 PM

Applicants should have availability for a combination of these shifts. Weekend availability is required, with a minimum commitment of either Saturday or Sunday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or client retention experience
• Experience with lead generation, outreach, or follow-up
• Background in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or another service-focused industry
• Familiarity with boutique fitness, Pilates, Lagree, strength training, or group fitness

Compensation + Perks

• Starting at $19.29/hour, based on experience
• Commission on qualifying membership sales
• Paid bi-monthly via direct deposit
