Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk.

• Handle customer enquiries, calls and WhatsApp queries.

• Explain services, packages, bookings and trial options.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings/sales.

• Manage customer registrations, bookings and basic documentation.

• Maintain customer/lead records and update CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with trainers and the studio team for smooth customer experience.

• Handle customer concerns and provide timely assistance.

• Support membership renewals and repeat business.

• Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.

• Good convincing and sales skills.

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

• Freshers can apply.

• Experience in front desk, sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, beauty, lifestyle or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
