Front Desk & Sales Representative

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk & Sales Representative to join our countertop fabrication and installation company. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
• Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with countertop material and design selections.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, invoices, and sales orders.
• Follow up with leads and customers to generate and close sales.
• Schedule countertop measurements, templates, installations, and deliveries.
• Coordinate project details between customers, sales, fabricators, and installers.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Keep customers updated throughout the project.
• Keep the front desk and showroom clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with general front desk and office responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and dependable personality.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Countertop, cabinetry, construction, or remodeling experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
