We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Service Associate to support client transactions, visitor assistance, administrative coordination, and front-office operations within our Baton Rouge facility. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations in a professional logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, drivers, clients, and business partners professionally
• Assist customers with general service questions and direct inquiries appropriately
• Process service-related payments or transaction records when applicable
• Maintain accurate front desk documentation, visitor logs, and records
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests
• Support general office administrative tasks and recordkeeping

Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cashier, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and transaction-processing skills
