Previous customer service experience is essential, and strong multitasking abilities are highly valued.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly and energetically greet clients, ensuring their visits are effortless and enjoyable
• Promote and sell gift cards, and upgraded services
• Efficiently manage the spa's computer systems
• Demonstrate knowledge and educate clients about all spa services, products, and policies
• Schedule appointments over the phone and in person
• Attend and actively participate in general and team meetings
• Maintain a tidy and aesthetically pleasing front desk area
• Provide courteous spa tours
