Front Desk Specialist

Job Summary

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Educate clients on the products/services being offered.
• Manage the proper tracking and input of client records.
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Assist with administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer inquiries
• Maintain a tidy front desk area, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible for staff and visitors

Requirements

• Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
• Bilingual abilities a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Prior sales experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
