Front Desk Staff

We are seeking a courteous, professional, and well-groomed Male Front Desk Staff to serve as the face of our property. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing inquiries, and ensuring a warm, smooth experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservation entries efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with excellent phone and communication etiquette.
• Address guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and organized front desk and lobby environment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering staff regarding room readiness and maintenance requests.
• Manage basic cash, card, and billing transactions at the front counter.

Qualifications

• Male applicants only (due to operational requirements and night shift rotations).
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate (preferably in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Communications, or any related field).
• Must have a pleasing personality, neat appearance, and presentable professional grooming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Tagalog).
• Strong customer service orientation with good problem-solving ability.
• Computer literate (familiarity with basic office software or hotel Property Management Systems is an advantage).
• Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
