FRONT DESK STAFF

About the role

This is a front desk position in a gym facility, welcoming members and guests, managing access, and providing customer service across reception and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and welcome members and guests
• Monitoring access to members and non-members
• Answering any questions and handling member complaints
• Answering info calls over the phone and taking messages
• Selling memberships, writing out agreements, and entering new members into the database
• Operating the cashier and collecting any balances of past due accounts
• Making appointments
• Organizing and maintaining the front desk
• Assisting with housekeeping and restocking beverages/merchandise

About you

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• At least 6 months of working experience in the related field
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Domicile in Bali, Indonesia
• Communication, Interpersonal, Speaking, Ethics, Multitasking, Computer, Retail Marketing skills
• Honest, Service Oriented, High Initiative, Proactive, Positive Attitude, Client Oriented
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
