Front Desk Staff

About the role

We're looking for two friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Staff to welcome students and visitors and help keep daily activities running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, communicating in English, and working in an international learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome students, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and through email or messages.
• Provide clear information and direct concerns to the appropriate team.
• Assist with student registration, records, appointments, and routine administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with academic, student services, and operations teams.
• Keep the reception area organized and handle student information with care.

What we are looking for:

• Clear spoken and written English communication.
• A welcoming, respectful, and service-oriented approach.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
• The ability to manage several requests calmly and follow through on concerns.
• Reliability and a willingness to work collaboratively.
• Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or an ESL school is an advantage.
