Front Desk Staff

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Answer multi-line customers with professionalism, demonstrating excellent etiquette and communication skills
• Manage front desk activities including, maintaining stock, and coordinating with the back of house
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing customer correspondence
• Support management by organizing supplies, stock and product placement, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative functions
• Assist with customer communication, providing support and information as needed
• Maintain accurate records and inventory

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Personal assistant or front desk experience that demonstrates professionalism and reliability a plus
• Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Willing to learn and have fun while working in a fast paced environment

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
