Front Desk Staff

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest emails promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a liaison between guests, their companies, and the hotel regarding reservations, billing, and stay-related requests.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
