POSITION PURPOSE: To manage the guest arrival/departure process and serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs. STARTING WAGE: $16-19 per hour (based on availability)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check-In/Out: Process guest arrivals and departures using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Policy Enforcement: Clearly communicate hotel policies regarding smoking, pets, and pool hours to every guest.
• Financial Integrity: Process room payments, post legitimate charges, and handle incidental authorizations with strict attention to privacy.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently, escalating to management only when necessary.
• Local Concierge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the St. George/Zion area to provide dining and activity recommendations.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
