Front Desk

TTC is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide a welcoming experience for our members and guests.

Schedule

• Mornings/Evenings Required
• Weekends (Must be flexible)
• Additional hours may be available based on club needs and availability.
• Schedule is flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones, emails, and general member questions
• Check members and guests
• Assist with questions and basic account information
• Process payments and transactions accurately
• Assist with Pro Shop sales, including apparel, equipment, and accessories
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and Pro Shop
• Help with reservations, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of the club

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, front desk, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable, organized, and enjoys creating a positive experience for members. Experience with tennis, pickleball, fitness clubs, or country clubs is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Weekends and Weekdays; flexible additional hours

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
