America’s Gym is a high-energy, community-focused fitness center committed to helping our members achieve their goals. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Position Details:
- Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
- Benefits: Free gym membership
- Shifts Available:
- Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Availability: Weekdays & weekends
- Positions: Part-time openings
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and assist with member inquiries
- Process new memberships and payments
- Keep the front desk and lobby area organized and clean
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
