Front Desk Staff

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
• Manage client communication through face-to-face interactions and phone calls
• Handle incoming phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, addressing questions or directing calls appropriately
• Process phone orders accurately, including taking food or product orders as needed
• Assist with packing items or orders when required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support daily front desk operations to maintain an organized and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette are essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
