Duties

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Manage front desk operations including making reservations, handling guest issues, taking payments, and keeping the work space clean.
• Maintain organized records of guest communications as well as calling guest once checked in to make sure everything is good for them.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Skills

• Excellent computer literacy including data entry, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Effective guest communication skills coupled with professional phone reception capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Pay: From $14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
