Front Desk Staff

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing check-in processes, handling account balances, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Childcare shifts are also available for qualified applicants interested in additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Check members in efficiently and accurately.
• Clear up balances on member accounts and make outbound calls to members with declined balances.
• Renew memberships to ensure continued access for members.
• Assist with light cleaning tasks and basic maintenance to keep the front area tidy and welcoming.
• Support childcare shifts when scheduled, providing attentive care to children in a safe environment.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on account matters or membership renewals.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or debt-collection is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency.
• Basic computer skills for managing accounts.
• Experience working with children is a plus for childcare shifts but not mandatory.
