At Dogville, we believe in community, connection, and a whole lot of tail wags. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive receptionist to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of our brand.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Receptionist at Dogville, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients in person, on WhatsApp, and over the phone. Your role is vital in creating a positive and efficient customer experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their dogs with warmth and professionalism
• Managing daily communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Booking appointments and maintaining the schedule using our digital system (training provided)
• Informing clients of ongoing promotions and seasonal packages
• Handling payments, updating client records, and confirming service details

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace experience preferred)
• Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (on rotation)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Experience in hospitality, pet care, or customer service
• Familiarity with booking software like Gingr or other booking software
• Basic social media or Canva skills
