Front Desk Staff

Host

As the face of our wellness facility, Hosts warmly welcome guests, introduce them to our wellness space, and ensure a memorable, rejuvenating experience. This customer-facing role supports daily operations including guest check-ins, tours, phone/email inquiries, and collaboration with various teams (facilitators, restaurant, maintenance). Hosts are expected to embody the calm and mindful energy of our space, with a strong passion for wellness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide guests through the wellness experience
• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, on the phone, via email and throughout the space
• Support booking, POS, guest inquiries, and membership accounts
• Collaborate across departments and assist with operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a serene environment
• Uphold our values and contribute to building a connected community
• Learn our Wellness Programming for our guests who need a more guided journey
• Additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ year in customer service (wellness/hospitality a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Calm, empathetic, and guest-focused approach
• Available mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; shifts may start as early as 6:00 a.m. or end after midnight
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $17.95-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
