Position: General Facility Employee
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Position:

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic General Employee to join our team at Evolution Sportsplex. This position helps ensure that our facility remains clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for athletes, families, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and is willing to assist with a variety of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including fields, restrooms, and common areas.
• Set up, move, and put away sports equipment, tables, chairs, and other facility supplies.
• Assist with sporting events, tournaments, practices, and other facility activities.
• Greet guests, answer general questions, and direct visitors to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor facility areas and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment.
• Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all facility users.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Restock supplies and complete other general maintenance and facility tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving equipment.
• Previous experience in sports facilities, customer service, maintenance, or recreation is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
