Front Desk Staff/ Sales Associate

Recover Lab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand!

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Representative/Studio Attendant is to assist the management team with new membership sales, customer service with assisting clients to navigate/utilize the various modalities, and studio maintenance. The Sales Representative/Attendant also assists with retaining current members with the utmost care to client experience. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

● Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch and recovery modalities

● Ability to learn and use the POS software system

● Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday

● Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

● Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

● Must have proficient computer skills

● Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist the management with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing

● Book and confirm intro sessions

● Monthly Metrics

o Sales: 10 new memberships/month

o 1st visit bookings: 5 bookings/shift

o Calls: 50/shift

● Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio

● Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants

● Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

● Present available services to current or prospective members

● Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes

● Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio

● Studio Maintenance

● Assist clients with using all recovery modalities which includes set-up and clean-up

● Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
