Reports To: Front Office Senior Operations Manager & Operations Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a front desk or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred).

Position Overview:

Hotel ZaZa Dallas is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and is passionate about creating memorable stays for every guest. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes, and inspire your team to uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Support the Team: Supervise front desk associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure every guest interaction reflects Hotel ZaZa’s commitment to personalized, luxury service.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to guarantee smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a front desk or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Personality: Energetic, professional, and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality and team development.
• Education: High school diploma required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
