Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk staff during evening shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Train, mentor, and motivate front desk team members to maintain Marriott’s high standards.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively during PM shifts and lead a team during busy evening hours.
• Familiarity with property management systems and standard hotel software.
