Job Overview:
The Home2 Suites in Menomonee Falls seeks a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. The Front Desk Supervisor will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating guest services, and supervising front desk staff.

Duties:

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at the front desk.
• Supervise and train front desk staff on procedures and protocols.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
• Utilize computer systems effectively for tasks such as booking appointments and managing schedules.
• Plan and execute events or special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front desk management role or similar position.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated computer literacy for various office tasks.
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexibility in schedule
