Front Desk Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our SDTRC team! The ideal candidate will oversee front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and leadership skills to maintain a welcoming environment for our members. Availability from Friday through Sunday is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Schedule lessons, appointments, and court reservations
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a high standard of service
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in front desk or customer service roles strongly preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Weekend availability required (Fri-Sun)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 22.0 per week
