Front Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Great each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
• Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
• Assist Front Desk Manager with the review of weekly deposits
• Schedule the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
• Supervise check ins/check outs
• Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment
• Assist Front Desk Manager with ordering of supplies and checking on inventory
• Assist with training staff and managing the shift schedules
• Handle guest complaints
• Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, management, and team building skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
