JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise daily FO operations, ensuring check-in/check-out procedures, room/unit management, key card control and cashier operations are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Handle requests, feedback and complaints from tenants/guests to ensure good service quality and resident satisfaction.
• Assign duties, coordinate shifts, guide, train and supervise FO staff.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure smooth operations and compliance with SOPs, company policies and relevant legal requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FO operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage shifts and supervise a team.
• Good command of English and basic computer skills.
