Front Desk Support Staff

Our front desk team is referred to as support staff because they support all sides of the business from customer services to sales positions. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment built on teamwork and exceeding goals; we are the team for you! Our two locations are looking to hire a friendly, self-motivated, go-getter to become part of our dream team.

Examples of daily expectations are as follows, but not limited to:

• Greeting & Attending to Guests' needs
• Sales
• Supporting Service Providers (Managing schedules)
• Attending monthly meetings & team building
• Book Appointments
• Handle Phone & Email Communications
• Basic Computer Skills are a must
• Overseeing POS (taking payments & processing returns)
• Light cleaning of the front desk and the salon
• Inventory Assistance (putting up new inventory, restocking, assisting with quarterly inventory count)

Weekend + Evening availability required, and some sales experience is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 18.0 per week

Education:
