• Well spoken and writes in English.

• Knowledge of Open Dental software.

• Understands dental PPO insurance (plants, benefits eligibility and claims).

• Is organized, dependable and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable answering phone and scheduling appointments.

• Has Dental Office / Front Desk experience.
