Front Desk Team Member

Front Desk Agent – 3 PM to 11 PM

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift .

As a Front Desk Agent, you are one of the first and last impressions our guests have of the hotel. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and can confidently handle a busy front desk while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions
• Respond to guest requests and concerns
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest needs
• Complete shift checklists and front desk duties
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently and problem-solving
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule

3:00 PM–11:00 PM Applicants must have open availability , including weekends and holidays.
