Front Desk/Customer Service

We are looking for a Front Desk / Customer Service Executive for a Clinic, located in Ikeja, Lagos.

Position: Front Desk / Customer Service Executive

Salary: ₦120,000–₦180,000 monthly, depending on experience and competence.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in a dental clinic is strongly preferred; experience in other healthcare facilities is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer service.

* Managing appointments, patient registration, and electronic medical records.

* Handling calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails promptly.

* Following up on leads and converting enquiries into bookings and treatments.

* Promoting dental, aesthetic, cosmetic, and weight-loss services, as well as clinic products.

* Driving patient retention, referrals, repeat visits, and Google reviews.

* Managing payment documentation and verification.

* Coordinating HMO authorisations, claims, and follow-ups.

* Supporting digital marketing activities, lead tracking, and promotional campaigns.

* Maintaining accurate records and submitting weekly performance reports.

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must be computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail. Experience with EMR/CRM systems and appointment scheduling is highly desirable.

We need someone who is articulate, professional, organised, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working with sales targets. Strong communication, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
