Join our pre-opening team in a High-end indoor golf club as a Front Desk/Member Service Associate, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a welcoming environment for all visitors and members. In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily front desk operations. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help foster a vibrant, inclusive community space that encourages engagement and growth. Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive
• Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and member inquiries
• Handle cash transactions accurately during membership sign-ups, renewals.
• Provide information about programs, events, and services through clear communication and public speaking when needed
• Assist with food service activities, including serving snacks or beverages during events or programs
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional and inviting atmosphere
• Support guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and escalating issues when necessary
• Complete opening, closing and shift reconciliation procedures
• Communicate special requests, VIP arrivals and accessibility needs to relevant departments.
• Welcome golfers and assist them with preparing for their simulator session

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is preferred
• Food service experience is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively environment
• Professional and polished presentation
• Ability to remain composed while managing multiple guests and requests
• Cash-handling and payment-processing experience
• Knowledge of golf or indoor simulator facilities an asset but not required
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Korean is an asset
