Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Audit professional, where your energy and enthusiasm will shine through in delivering exceptional guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our property during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reconciliation, and top-tier guest service.

Duties

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and during night hours, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest inquiries and routing calls accurately.
• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as HotelKey or similar platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently, ensuring safety protocols are followed during any incident or emergency situation.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, shift reports, incident logs, and security checks to ensure operational transparency.
• Assist with reservations using hospitality reservation systems, updating guest information and managing room assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially HotelKey
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
