Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
• Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
• Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferred by not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests, but not a requirement.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
