We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Front Desk & Administration team member to join our busy, patient-focused optometry practice.

About the role:

• Be the welcoming face of our practice and create a positive experience for every patient.
• Manage appointments, phone enquiries and front desk administration.
• Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with patients and our clinical team to ensure the day runs smoothly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, organised and professional.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a warm, positive and approachable personality.
• Loves interacting with people and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Helping customers look good with Frame Selection.
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Can multitask efficiently and enjoys working in a busy environment.
• Previous reception or healthcare experience is preferred -with end of day tasks experience.
