Front Desk/PT Aide

Looking for a Front Desk/PT Aide for Physical Therapy office in Montville, NJ

We need someone immediately.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering patient phone calls
• Patient registration
• Checking in/outpatients
• Scheduling patients
• New patient lead follow up calls
• Insurance verification
• Collecting payments and posting to patient accounts
• Assist PT with patients

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be caring and empathetic with patients coming in for treatment

• Must be able to multi-task especially during peak time periods when the office is busy
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Must have exceptional communication and some computer skills
• Great opportunity as we are expanding.

Days and Hours:

You can let us know what days and hours you are available and we can work around it. This will be starting ASAP.

• Monday, Wed, Fridays 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM - let us know what time works for you.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
