Front Desk/Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional, warm, and high-quality customer experience aligned with the clinic's premium brand standards. This role is responsible for managing appointments, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while supporting both the Sales and Clinic teams in achieving overall service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure a positive and seamless client experience from arrival to departure
• Address inquiries, concerns, and basic service questions confidently
• Manage daily appointments, bookings, and walk-in clients
• Confirm schedules and send reminders to minimize no-shows
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area
• Monitor client waiting times and ensure timely service
• Handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
• Assist in promoting clinic services, packages, and ongoing promotions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk role
• Fresh Graduates with Hospitality and Management Degree is welcome to apply
• Experience in aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and booking systems
