Front Desk/Reservations Agent

We are looking for a personable and hard working person to join our boutique vacation rental business. Customer service and communication is at the forefront of what we do! Since 1979 we have been helping guests make their vacation dreams a reality. The right person for this job would be described as friendly, dynamic and eager to learn! You will be acting as “the front of the house” and will be the first person a guest will encounter at our business.

This is an in-office job, must be willing to work weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting check ins and walk ins

most of our guests come to our office to check in, so you will be responsible for checking them in and out

• Answer and redirect phone calls

• Answer online vacation rental inquiries

• Take reservations over the phone and call online reservations

• Handle questions about the rentals and things to do in the area

• Handle calls regarding maintenance and cable/internet issues

Pay: $15.00 per hour
