Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time) – Weekends Required

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

This is a Partime position, primarily for second and third shifts, with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Oversee the hotel’s front desk, ensuring a clean, safe, and presentable environment.
• Perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computerized systems and office software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle high call volumes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts (second and third shifts)
• Weekend availability is required
