Front Desk/Wellness Assistant

The Other 23 is a veteran-owned wellness and recovery center dedicated to helping our clients feel their best through modern recovery services, holistic treatments, and a supportive community atmosphere. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Wellness Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
• Assist clients with bookings, memberships, and service questions
• Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing environment throughout the center
• Support staff with light administrative tasks and daily operations
• Promote wellness services, memberships, and special offers
• Ensure smooth client flow and provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (wellness, spa, or fitness setting a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask & problem solve
• A positive attitude and passion for health, wellness, and recovery
