Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience
• Operate the cash register accurately, handling sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management with precision
• Assist with stocking shelves, donut displays, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an inviting environment
• Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products that meet customer needs
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Manage math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and change efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

• Previous sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash register operations, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash drawer handling is advantageous
• Experience supervising or leading small teams is a bonus but not necessary; leadership qualities are appreciated
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and maintaining product displays
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with shoppers

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
