Front-End Data Engineer (Power BI Analyst)

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities within manufacturing and retail operations.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Create and maintain data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop KPI dashboards for sales, inventory, production, supply chain, and operational performance.
• Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and visually compelling reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and department leaders to support business initiatives.
• Monitor report performance and implement improvements to optimize dashboard efficiency.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational and business performance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and business users.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst
• Experience in data mining
• Understanding of machine learning and operations research
• Knowledge of R, SQL and/or Python
• Analytical mind and business acumen.
• Strong math skills and statistics
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Preferably Power BI Developer
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
• Full Onsite work set-up
