Develop Website using CMS

Qualifications:

IT related experience
PHP, CSS experience
MySQL experience
JavaScript Framework (Vue.js) experience is a plus
Multi-lingual with ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese
Excellent communications skills
Graphic Design experience is a plus
