Junior Front-End Developer – HTML, WordPress & AI

Location: India (Remote)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

Pay:
1st week unpaid training and assessment

2 - 3 Month training period 10.000 INR (6 days a week)
Full Time 20.000 INR (5 days a week)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer from India to join our international team working on website and application development projects in Suriname and Guyana.

We are looking for someone who enjoys technology, is eager to learn, and is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to develop websites and applications.

You don't need years of professional experience, but you should have basic HTML knowledge, good English communication skills, and the ability to learn independently.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and modify HTML and JSON files using AI tools.
• Build and maintain WordPress websites using the Divi Theme.
• Convert website designs into functional webpages.
• Learn to develop web applications using AI-assisted development tools.
• Deploy websites and applications to hosting environments.
• Configure domains, SSL certificates, and email accounts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and complete tasks independently.
• Communicate with international colleagues in English.

Training & Salary Structure

Stage 1 – Initial Assessment & Training (1 Week)

• Unpaid assessment and introductory training period.
• Learn to work with ChatGPT and Claude for HTML and JSON generation.
• Introduction to WordPress and the Divi Theme.
• Complete practical exercises to demonstrate your ability to learn and follow instructions.
• Successful candidates progress to paid training.

Stage 2 – Paid Training (Approximately 2–3 Months)

• Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
• Working days: 6 days per week.
• Develop practical skills in HTML, WordPress, Divi, and AI-assisted development.
• Learn to build and deploy web applications.
• Gain experience configuring hosting, SSL certificates, and email services.
• Develop the ability to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision.
• Progression depends on demonstrated technical skills and independence.

Stage 3 – Regular Employment

• Starting salary: ₹20,000 per month.
• Working days: 5 days per week.
• Working hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST.
• Work independently on website and application development projects.
• Opportunities to develop additional technical skills and take on more responsibilities.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of HTML and website development.
• Interest in WordPress, Divi Theme, and AI development tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to follow instructions and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable working from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer.
