Front End Developer (UI/UX Focused)

NextRow Digital | Hyderabad.

About NextRow
NextRow Digital is a Chicago-headquartered IT services and consulting firm specializing in Adobe Experience Cloud and MarTech. As an Adobe Gold Partner with over 10 years of partnership, we help global brands build meaningful digital experiences, with teams across Chicago, Canada, Mexico, and Hyderabad.

The Role
Were looking for a Front End Developer to own the look, feel, and usability of our internal sites. This is a hands-on craft role, not a ticket-execution seat. Youll turn design intent into polished, accessible, high-performing interfaces, and youll be the person the UX team trusts to push back, suggest better patterns, and get details right.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, pixel-accurate UI for NextRows internal sites
• Partner closely with UX designers from wireframe to launch, translating design systems and prototypes into clean, reusable components
• Raise the quality bar: refine layouts, interactions, and accessibility beyond the spec where it makes sense
• Optimize performance, cross-browser behavior, and page structure
• Keep our front-end codebase organized, consistent, and easy to extend

What You Bring

• 3-6 years of solid front-end experience with strong UI skills
• Expert-level HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, modern CSS practices)
• Deep experience working side by side with UX teams and design systems
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and version control (Git)
• A sharp eye for detail, spacing, typography, and consistency
• Clear communication and the confidence to give and take design feedback

Good to Have

• SEO exposure (semantic , page speed, structured content)

Why NextRow
Ownership over what you build, close collaboration with design, and the chance to grow within a 10+ year Adobe partner.
