Front-End Engineer (UX UI Engineer)

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer to help create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web applications, native mobile applications, and websites.

This role sits at the intersection of Design and Engineering , working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to transform user needs into scalable and accessible interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Design and Engineering to create rich and accessible digital interfaces.
• Work across areas including:
• Wireframing
• Information Architecture
• Interaction Design
• Imagery and Typography
• Navigation and UI Layout
• Responsive Design
• Web Accessibility
• Usability
• User Research
• HTML/CSS
• Develop a strong understanding of user problems and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Share user insights and contribute to product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to move initiatives forward.
• Build and manage front-end libraries aligned with standardized UI patterns and reusable components.
• Apply Design Systems knowledge to make effective design decisions and improve existing solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes for intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other UI/UX Engineers.
• Independently solve complex design and engineering challenges.
• Support the planning of resources for complex projects and initiatives.
