Front-End Loader Operator (Class 2)

We're looking for an experienced Front End Loader Operator for a part-time role covering maternity leave at a busy site in Hampton Downs. Immediate start available. It's ideal if you're after steady, well-paid hours that fit around other commitments, whether that's picking up the kids, semi-retirement, or just wanting fewer hours without giving up good pay.

You'll be operating a Volvo 120 (closed cab, air con and heater), loading a screen, large trucks, and trailers in a tight working area, so solid recent experience is essential. Flexible daily start, no rain days, and full trust to just get on with the job once trained in.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Operating a Volvo 120 loader
• Loading a screen, large trucks, and trailers
• Digging out and cleaning the screen
• Working safely in a tight site area
• Using two-way radio for site communication

Hours:

• 20-30 hours a week on average, flexible daily start
• No rain days off

Must Haves:

• Class 2 licence
• Minimum 2-3 years' loader experience (bulk earthworks, quarry, waste, or civil background)
• Own transport and good English for two-way radio use
• Physically fit, able to dig out and clean the screen
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Clean MOJ

What's In It For You:

• $32 per hour, weekly pay
• Flexible, part-time hours, fits around life outside work
• No rain days off, steady work through winter
• Get started straight away with an immediate start
• Work with a well-respected national company in the waste and earthworks industry
