TempExperts is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to safely and efficiently move pallets, products, and materials throughout a busy industrial facility in Lilesville, NC. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating a front end loader and understands the importance of safe equipment operation, accurate material placement, and maintaining an organized work environment.

**This is a 12-hour AM shift and must have weekend flexibility**

Responsibilities:

• Operate a front end loader to safely move pallets, products, and materials throughout the facility.
• Place pallets and materials in designated areas to support efficient production and operations.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage to products, pallets, and equipment.
• Inspect materials for damage and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity and inventory records as required.
• Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties related to material handling and facility operations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a front end loader.
• Experience moving pallets, materials, or products in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work carefully around people, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• OSHA certification is preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
